Getting Things Under Control

Spent till 11 pm in the kitchen removing tiles, will have to spend tonight doing the same thing. The kitchen counters are arriving tomorrow morning and we don't want to be mucking them up, so DH and I are tackling this little project. I managed to make a nice hole in the wall, have to go by the hardware store sometime today and find something to patch it.

Work seems to be finally under control. Still waiting on my next to do list from the boss. Have a hair appointment later on today, followed by the chiro. The guy that is refinishing the cabinets was supposed to come by last night, but is stopping by tonight instead. Wonder how much more crap we can stuff in our to do list before leaving. I do not like all this hustle and bustle before a trip. I had planned a more relax lead into my trip, thus far this plan has failed miserably.

Yes Lynda my house does seem to be a very popular destination. I sometime refer to it as The Hotel. Guess people just feel comfortable at my place. I have been trying to relax and get out of the responsibility of hosting etc, but without much success. I like being busy but it would be nice to be the invited guest a little more often. Your right I need to work on this.
