Slowly but surely people are disappearing. The schools are done for the summer this Friday and friends with kids have already packed up and left for a better part of the summer. I have 6 weeks to sit at my desk and look out the window before it's my turn. Our weather is struggling for the most part, there has been alot of rain. Once the sun does comes out we all go a bit gaga.Next week we have a statutory holiday on Wednesday in celebration of Quebec's national holiday, following Wednesday July 1st is Canada's Birthday. Too bad they were not set up to be held on the 3rd Friday in June and the 1st Monday in July. Neither is a move able holiday so a long weekend is out of the question. DH will be working both days as our US clients are open, our holidays rarely jive.
Seems I have run out of steam for work. I'm itching to read a good book and get lost in an adventure. But don't think the boss would approve of such behavior. Read anything interesting lately, let me know.

my office is starting to get pretty quiet too, which i prefer anyway - it's easier to get work done... sorry you have to wait 6-weeks before it's your turn - no reason to not grab a good book now and get a headstart! i like j.d. robb's murder mysteries - they're fun and easy to read... :)
Sorry can't recommend any books, I've had no time to read books lately!
