Has left me with a headache each day. Although I lost weight the first week, this week I have been holding steady. BIG SIGH! I love the way the Doctor made it sound so simple "just eat less"! Well I am eating less, averaging around 1000 calories per day. Not so simple after all. There are so many theories out there and I sure someone is thinking I am probably not eating enough and my body is holding on to the weight because I am in starvation mode. When I was going to the dietitian I was averaging around 1100-1300 calories a day. When the Doctor tells me to eat less what am I supposed to do?
It is supposed to be simple, it should be simple, but it is not!

ugh, that is a tough call! my first thought was, "wow, that's not enough calories esp. if you're exercising"... what if you added another 100 this week and see if that makes a difference? if you're still getting headaches, i'd let the doctor know (but that's just my opinion)...
try and enjoy your weekend - at least the week is over! :)
1000 calories isn't a lot :(
If it was simple.. we would all be bean poles!
NOTHING is simple or easy.. but we have to persavere or else we will just be HUGE!
