SourceWell the last of the partying took place over the weekend. Brought DD and family back home, said goodbye to our overseas friends, now all that left is to clean up the house and settle back into a routine. The lack of exercise and poor eating certainly weighed heavily on me. Before the holidays I was beginning to feel fit and healthy and in control. Now everything feels not quite right. Pretty sure a few days back on track and this uneasy feeling will start to subside. Why is it so easy to fall off the wagon, yet getting back on seems like a monumental effort?
Also looks as though I'm finally getting over my flu. Although I'm not 100% I'm at least feeling functional. Looking forward to getting everything in the house organized and straightened away, as it provides great peace of mind. But having said that, I know what I really need to do is to start taking care of me and everything else will get back to feeling right. Poor choices and stress = a sick and unhappy me.
Here's to re commitment and positive thinking.

You'll get back on track when you're ready.
I hope you're feeling better.
