Unfortunately I'm at my desk. The snow only started to fall around 6 this morning. Since snow is "normal" the city rarely closes, it has to be a huge amount for things to stop. I left earlier but by the time I got on my way the roads were already plugged up. The problem is that the city is slow to put down any abrasives, thus there were quite a few accidents. For some stupid reason Quebec drivers hate to slow down no matter what the conditions, some of them learned a hard lesson this morning. All this to say it made for one looooong slow drive.
It is only supposed to get worst throughout the day. Thankfully I'm planning to head home before rush hour hoping to miss the looooooo slow drive home. Good thing I took care of the groceries yesterday, I have no patience for shlepping around in bad weather.
No plans lined up for the weekend, going to just wing it. The kids are staying put because it is too dangerous to be traveling. Pretty sure everyone just want to hunker down with a blanket and some movies. Happy Friday Happy Weekend!
